Hi, I’m Amberlee Buffington, founder of Embracing Change Menopause Coaching.
     Like many women, I found myself navigating the challenges of perimenopause feeling frustrated, confused, and searching for answers. My own journey sparked a passion to help other women understand what is happening in their bodies and learn how to thrive during this season of life.
     With a background in fitness, nutrition, mindset coaching, and behavior change, I bring a holistic approach to menopause support. I trained through the Cooper Institute in Dallas, earned my Nutrition Coaching Certification through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), spent five years as a fitness instructor with Anytime Fitness, and am certified in Rapid Reprogramming Coaching.
     By combining evidence-based nutrition strategies, movement, nervous system regulation, and mindset transformation, I help women move from simply surviving menopause to confidently embracing it.
     My mission is to help women renew their minds, restore their confidence, and create sustainable habits that support their health, energy, and well-being—so they can step into the second half of life feeling stronger, wiser, and more empowered than ever.
